- Impeccably clean, family run hotel. All rooms have attached bath and hot water. The restaurant is excellent and there is a bookshop and terrace overlooking a lawn strewn with wicker furniture. Tours, bicycles and fairly priced car rental. Impeccably run, a real haven in a place like Jaipur. Book ahead.

- I have been bringing groups here for the last 3 seasons. In all that time nobody has ever had any cause for complaint. We have always found the rooms to be spotlessly clean. The food in the cafeteria delicious and excellent value, and the service and staff friendly efficient and helpful - from the management to the reception staff to the cafeteria and the shop staff. Thanks and congratulations to all concerned for continuing to maintain the very highest of standards. I look forward to seeing you all again in future.

- I have been bringing students to India since 1993 and we have stayed at the Arya Niwas. Every year when we are in Jaipur. At the end of one month tour, after staying in 11 hotels, the students always rate Arya Niwas as their favorite hotel, it is so clean, so comfortable, so friendly !

- ...Our hotel is a treat, although rather more expensive than we had planned on, but we decided to stay and try for a cheaper "standard" room in the morning. It turned out to be the cleanest and most efficiently run hotel we come across in all our travels in India. There is a self-service restaurant with an open modern kitchen, and the food is good with plenty of choice...

- The hotel, Arya Niwas, was probably my favourite among the places I stayed in during the trip. It was clean, had great rooms with bed-linen and toilet paper and soap and papers provided daily and the beds made, a verandah and garden for people to meet and sit in, a restaurant with reasonable food (snacks, anyway), a shop with some craft items and lots of books and maps, phone, fax and Internet facilities, and friendly and helpful staff.

- For the first time I been there, it was due to my dad. Coz he has done all the bookings prior to our Rajasthan visit and on the next visit, office booked it coz I asked to! And now whosoever is going to Jaipur, I ask them to check into Hotel Arya Niwas... (Plz do Advance Reservation , coz most of the time it’s FULL)... Why I like it ? For Everything , that I have listed Below ! ...

- Twice I took patronage of this hotel, once with family and used the restaurant. ...is located in the proper area of city, well connected. It has a small garden on outside and non-AC medium seating area.

- I accompanied a Dutch couple that I met in Sawi Madhopur to this hotel and we were all quite pleased. The rooms are quite large for the price... It staff was quite helpful and assisted me in planning daytrips around the Jaipur region and with getting bus tickets... The hotel has a large garden compound where you can sit and have tea...
